On the way of Srinagar their is hill station called Patnitop, its 110 k.m away from Jammu. Patnitop is surrounded by dense woods and lush greenery of pine trees. Its a less popular hill station but if you are searching less crowded and peaceful environment then Patnitop is best place for you.How To reach :
By Air : Jammu is nearest Airport and its connected with major cities and you can choose taxi or bus from Airport to reach patnitop.
By Rail : Jammu Tawi is main railway station of Jammu and Kashmir. you can travel either by bus or taxi's available from Railway Station.
By Road :It's 110 K.M away from jammu and you can easily reach their by bus or Taxi's (Prefer Taxi's).
Places of Visit :The Naag (cobra) temple :
600 years old Naag Temple is key attraction of town. Its small in size refers lots of faith and reverence shared by million of people.

Skiing at Patnitop:
Their is 5 K.M skiing track (Open in Jan and Feb) for tourist from patnitop to sanasar road.
Paragliding At Patnitop:
It's has been introduced by J&K Tourist Dept. at Patnitop. The Months from May to June and Sep. to Oct are ideal for paragliding.
